Providing support to the HR team.
* Manage and triage the HR inbox, responding to queries and escalating any complex queries to the team
* Recruitment support, chasing reference requests, ad-hoc support to the HR assistants on creating vacancies and scheduling interviews
* Learning & Development support providing general administration
* Producing monthly reports
* Volunteer Programme support
* Assisting with HR projects
What you'll need to succeed
* Administration skills, ideally within HR
* Good numerical skills
* Familiar with operating databases
* Excellent communication both verbal and written
* Ability to use your own initiative as well as working within a team
