Job summary Applications are invited to join our Temporary Workforce Team based at Whiston Hospital. The Temporary Workforce Team provides a comprehensive and effective temporary workforce service to the Trust. This is a 37.5 hours position; across 5 days (Mon - Fri). The successful candidate will join our accomplished team, supporting the organisation to deliver safe and effective care, to our patients, through sourcing and engaging our Bank and Agency workforce, across a variety of different specialties and professions. The individual will possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the proven organisational skills required to work in a fast paced and challenging environment. We know how important it is to ensure that services have safe levels of staffing in order to meet the needs of our patients and we also know how hard it is to fill shifts at the last minute. We need a resilient, customer focused and flexible individual to join the team, so that we can continue to meet the demand that exists for our services. Main duties of the job We are looking for an individual with strong IT skills and the ability to manage the expectations of both our managers and temporary workers. You will be able to flex what you do, changing priorities at a moments notice. Negotiating with agencies will be part of your role, so we need to be sure that this works for you.
