We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Buyer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping schools source cleaning services in a compliant manner, primarily by assisting in running mini-competitions under an existing framework agreement. Additionally, the Assistant Buyer will support other team members with various procurement tasks and contribute to the production of our annual printed catalogue of goods and services. We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, a proactive and flexible approach to work and with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. You need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills plus the ability to work independently and as part of a team. In addition, you need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
