SIMS Manager Part time Hybrid considered for the role Ongoing position The school we are partnered with is looking for a SIMS Manager to join them on a part time basis at their school. This is a busy and varied role, which will see you providing support to all departments and working closely with the Senior Leadership team. As the Sims and Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the school's data with the responsibility to in the design and building of all school timetables and responding to and implementing in-year updates as required. You will have oversight of the management and maintenance of SIMS and other data management and analysis software. Key Responsibilities:
* Data Management: Maintain and manage the school’s SIMS system, ensuring accurate and timely input of student data, assessment results, attendance records, and other key information.
* Reporting: Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership, governors, and external bodies, including data analysis to support school improvement initiatives.
* Compliance: Ensure that all data management practices comply with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR) and school policies.
* Support and Training: Provide training and support to staff on data systems and procedures, ensuring efficient use of data across the school.
* Analysis: Work closely with the leadership team to analyse data trends and provide insights to inform strategic decisions and improve student outcomes.
* Exams Management: Oversee the data aspects of the school’s exam process, including the input of results and analysis of performance data.
Requirements: To have or be willing to obtain a DBS certificate on the update service. Provide a minimum of two references to cover the last 24 months of employment. Right to work in the UK
