* Do you believe in an inclusive environment where all learners can be successful?
* Would you like to work in a school where “Leaders, including governors, value the work of staff and where new teachers speak highly of the support they are given”? (Ofsted June 2023)
* Are you looking to work in a thriving and well-regarded school where staff well-being is central to all of our decision making?
If the answer to any of these questions is “yes” then we would like to hear from you.
Waingels, a popular 11-18 school where students achieved above national average in all measures and was identified as “continuing to be good” in a recent OFSTED inspection, is seeking to appoint a Teacher of Art to provide high quality Art teaching to students in KS3 and 4. A-Level teaching may be available for the right candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity for either a newly qualified teacher (ECT), or a more experienced teacher seeking a new challenge or experience. We would consider full or part- time teachers.
Working with us offers you the opportunity to:
* Join a “kind and caring school” where pupils “enjoy being part of the inclusive community” (OFSTED 2023) that aims to be “exceptional school at the heart of our community”.
* Be part of a forward-thinking department with well-resourced schemes of work and where teachers are encouraged to be innovative and try out a range of teaching styles.
* Engage in excellent, personalized, professional development opportunities.
* Join a school where early finishes for parent consultation evenings and free tea and coffee every day are just some of the ways we ensure staff well-being is central to our decision making.
* Work in a school where the values of Respect, Kindness, Pride and Responsibility underpin all we do.
If you feel your value and ethos align with ours, this is an exciting opportunity for you to pursue and advance your career.
Our staff and students are proud of our school and we would be happy to welcome you if you would like to come and have a closer look.
