About the Role The Pricing and Sales Process Analyst – Roof position is an important part of our Commercial Excellence department, providing expert pricing analysis and service to key stakeholders across the organisation. The successful candidate will help manage key systems and applications within our organisation, ensuring data accuracy is maintained and new pricing and sales process requests are actioned in a timely manner. They will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experience through the successful implementation of our list price increase process, customer pricing hierarchies and project pricing strategies, using our key operating systems. They will join a critically important part of our commercial operation, the Pricing and Sales Process team who service requests from across our field sales force and leadership team, playing a key part of ensuring the profitability of the organisation. As a Pricing and Sales Process Analyst - Roof you will… Support key stakeholders across the business with data analysis, master data accuracy and systems / process knowledge. Support the business with ad hoc data / information requests. Support the Pricing and Sales Processing team through the development and provision of automated reporting. Make any necessary master data changes to ensure pricing, customer and CRM information is accurate, ensuring data flows seamlessly between interconnected systems. Support the development of internal and externally facing tools that improve the customer experience and reduce non-value-added activities. Support Wienerberger projects that improve efficiencies between internal departments, other Wienerberger companies and external customers.
