What we’re looking for
As Store Manager, you’ll ensure your store is an inspiring shopping environment, impressing customers with a wide selection and friendly, knowledgeable service. You will lead, motivate, support, train, and develop your team, providing tools to exceed sales and profit targets through excellent customer service, emphasizing a non-hard-sell approach. An interest in creativity or interior design is beneficial as you help customers visualize their projects using available store technology.
You will create business plans, develop your team, and seek continuous improvement for yourself, your team, and your store. We seek ambitious Store Managers eager to make their store and team the best. Daily tasks vary from creative projects to assisting with deliveries and stock management.
Who you are
You possess retail experience with full P&L responsibility, a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and financial results. You are commercially aware, with strong business acumen to stay ahead of competitors and differentiate your store. You are a natural leader who drives team performance through clear leadership, coaching, and people management.
