What Were Looking For:
A qualified teacher withQTS/QTLS(or willing to work towards it).
Experience or a passion for working withstudents with SEN .
Strong subject knowledge inEnglish, Maths, or Science(minimum Grade C/4 or equivalent).
Additional SEN qualifications (e.g., SENCO Advanced Certificate) are desirable but not essential.
