Our Client is a multi-academy trust and it is going through an exciting period of growth, the client is looking for a part time administrator who can come and support the school during this transition period. Job Title: Administrator Salary: £12.79ph Hours: 12.50 per week with a view to go permanent depending on operational needs Location: Bitten, Bristol BS30 You will be providing a full remit of administrative support to the school, so it is essential that you have a proven track record of working accurately in a fast paced office environment and are able to use your initiative to resolve queries. You'll have a good eye for detail and be able to pick up new tasks quickly. You'll be able to confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levels and have strong IT skills. Experience of working in education or the public sector is desirable but not essential. Duties include, but are not limited to: typing / preparing documents, producing spreadsheets, collecting and collating information & provide administrative support for trips, What you will need to apply for this role Minimum 1 Years experience in a similar role Ability to work with Word, Excel & PowerPoint Have strong knowledge of administrative processes.
