Introduction
We are seeking a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Process Implementation Specialist to join the team. You will be responsible for supporting the BA (Business Area) with ongoing PLM/PDM data transfer through its lifecycle, with a strong focus on Enovia. Candidate should have a thorough understanding of internal processes and workflows within the BA to enable integration of engineering activities from Autodesk Vault, Dassault Enovia, and SAP. Candidate will also assist with the development of engineering efficiencies within the BA. In this position, you will report to Engineering Manager.
This position is mainly located in York, PA, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. There will be 25% travel required for the role.

What You’ll Do
* Map and Report: Analyze the current Product Life Cycle Process, identify priorities, and collaborate with product lines for improvements.
* Project Management: Oversee projects involving data migration, reporting, and enhancements. Develop tools and processes to boost project efficiency.
* Data Alignment: Work with Business Analysts to align data models and create efficient data storage and usage methods.
* Support Functions: Assist Business Lines (BLs) in delivery management, product portfolio management, productization, modularization, compliance management, and quality assurance.
* Best Practices: Collect and share best practices for modularization and product structure within the Grinding BL.
* Training and Support: Provide training and support in ERP/PDM tools, establishing best practices.
* PLM Roadmap: Contribute to the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) roadmap and vision, conveying business requirements from BLs to the IT department.
Who You Are
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, information management, or equivalent work experience.
* Experience: Over 5 years of PLM/PDM implementation experience, with strong knowledge of Dassault Systems Enovia.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in PLM/PDM configuration and development, specifically with Autodesk Vault Professional, Dassault Systems Enovia, and SAP.
* Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages preferred.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well with others.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Clear, concise, and accurate in both written and oral communications. Listens carefully and keeps others well-informed.
