We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance Shared Service Centre based at our Paisley Office on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. We have a smarter working policy in place which allows flexibility to work from home for part of the week. Applicants should be known for being a great team player whilst being a self-starter who is target driven You should have previous experience within an accounts payable department You should possess excellent numerical, analytical, literacy and communication skills In addition, you should be competent in using all Microsoft office packages Responsible for maintaining and updating the Accounts Payable mailing system and divisional boxes Processing of invoices and credit notes Produce statement reconciliations Create and maintain weekly workflow reports – working with sites and vendors Supporting wider AP Team Other ad hoc duties as required
