What Does the Job Involve?
As a 360-Recruiter, you’ll manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including:
* Reaching out to potential candidates and clients, including cold-calling and screening
* Organising interviews and providing feedback
* Negotiating deals and closing placements
* Becoming an expert in your market niche – running your own "business within the business" of g2
