The client is a new win for our growing B2B hub. The Global Strategy and Activation Hubs sit in London where we work closely with Ad Operations, Analytics and our local market counterparts in the US and APAC to drive strong performance.
As an Account Manager, you'll execute campaign launches with guidance from your Director and the Strategic leads working closely with colleagues leading channels. You'll also be a key contact for the Global Hub.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
* Effectively manage designated accounts, optimising campaigns and implementing strategies.
* Take ownership of client deliverables, performance reporting, and testing roadmaps.
* Ensure adherence to paid search best practices and contribute to team development.
* Flawlessly implement tagging and taxonomy in line with client- and agency-led processes
Client & Partner Management
* Collaborate with your team to implement and optimize paid campaigns.
* Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers for flawless execution.
* Align service level agreements and meet deadlines through project management.
Operational Excellence
* Maximize operational efficiencies through technology and process improvement.
* Take ownership of issues, suggest resolutions, and prevent future occurrences.
About You:
We seek self-starters passionate about digital marketing, paid social, and cross-platform campaigns. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Essential Skills
* Deep knowledge of conversion-focused paid social on larger accounts.
* Experience executing campaigns on LinkedIn and proven B2B experience
* Big agency/network experience
* Global client experience
* Experience using Sprinklr would be a bonus but not mandatory
* Excellent data analysis skills and understanding of strategic and tactical paid social.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Proactive mindset, willing to challenge the status quo.
