You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. As part of the team, you will work closely with clients to provide high-quality legal advice, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
* Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion.
* Advising clients on legal requirements and providing clear, practical guidance.
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and mortgages.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements:
* At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in residential property law.
* A proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
* Strong communication and client care skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* A proactive and team-oriented approach.
