Role details:
- Hours: 2 days per week, 7.5 hours per day, mainly Thursday & Friday but some occasional flexibility required

About the role:
As a Marina Operative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the marina, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with general marina duties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a beautiful coastal setting and is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with lock operations and general marina duties
- Providing front-of-house customer service
- Supporting the team in maintaining a safe and clean marina environment
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Operating computer software systems as required
- Adapting to a flexible working schedule, including weekends, bank holidays, and occasional night shifts
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service
- A flexible approach to work and adaptability to all aspects of marina operations
- The ability to work under pressure, both as part of a team and independently
- Previous boating experience is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided
- A full driving license is required
