Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, online chat, and face-to-face interactions.
2. Process orders, payments, and manage upselling opportunities.
3. Send invoices and other paperwork, ensuring accuracy in all customer communications.
4. Update and maintain customer records using the CRM system.
5. Organise deliveries and provide after-sales support, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.
