What You’ll Do:
As part of the Research and Rights Management team for a key client account, the ideal candidate will support Rights Project Manager with all administrative duties associated to rights management, become an effective point of contact for partners and provide support to the Research & Rights management team as a whole.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an inquisitive, problem-solving approach to challenges, meticulous attention to detail and an interest in archive based content production. The candidate will be working as part of a close team, so will need to be motivated, proactive, personable and communicative.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a fixed-term contract until the 31st January 2026, based at our facility in Chiswick Park, London.
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
* Support the Project Manager and Account Lead with diary management, meeting minutes and agendas, travel arrangements, filing, processing invoices, expenses etc. booking meeting rooms with relevant IT / AV support when necessary.
* Assisting the rights coordinator with clearing rights for archive footage, commentary, music, and stills used in content produced by our client.
* Maintaining key administrative documents relating to footage archive, rights clearance and tracking and finance.
* Provide administrative support for creating and collating presentation documents (inc. proof reading, research and ordering necessary materials).
* General administration duties as required across the branded content department.
* Managing and updating the project tracking documents, weekly internal status report and various other data reports as requested by the client.
* Be a key point of contact for any general enquiries from both internal and external clients and suppliers.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
* Demonstrated administration experience.
* Knowledge and experience of managing and processing invoices, handling floats.
* Previous experience in an office environment.
* Experience and knowledge of pre, production and post production process.
* Experience of third party clearances.
* Experience of music cue sheets and post production paperwork.
* Experience of using SAP.
* Proficient in command of presentation software including Powerpoint presentations and/or Adobe Creative Suite software (inc. photoshop, Illustrator).
