Job Title: Lecturer: HE Engineering

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Lecturer in HE Engineering to deliver engaging and industry-relevant teaching across Levels 4-6. In this exciting role, you’ll have the opportunity to bring your industry experience to life by embedding emerging technologies and practical knowledge into innovative programmes of learning.
About the Role:
* Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in Engineering and associated subjects
* Inspire and support students to achieve their full potential
* Embed real-world engineering practices and cutting-edge technologies into the curriculum
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance course content and delivery
* Contribute to curriculum development that reflects current and future industry needs
Essential Requirements:
* Education to level 6 and/or a professional qualification in a relevant engineering or manufacturing subject area
* Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4+ or equivalent Relevant Teacher training
* Relevant Teacher training or the wiliness to complete within 3 years of employment (3 years of the first available course)
* Evidence of continuous professional development
Essential Experience:
* Industrial experience within the engineering / manufacturing sector.
* Experience of using CAD and/or other design software.
* Experience of working with young people.
