Main duties of the job Working with an expert team of Clinical Nurse Specialists, Registered Nurses, Therapists, Social Workers, Family Support Workers and Counsellors, you will be a motivated, forward thinking, talented individual interested in delivering excellent specialist palliative care to patients and their families in their own homes within mid Essex.
