I am recruiting for an IT Support Analyst for a client in Somerset.
This role is based in office so you should be local to the area.
This role sits within the IT service desk department, you will be delivering first line support, with some second line support.
This role is a fixed term contract, although there is the chance it may be made permanent.

Duties include:
Service Desk Support - resolving incidents, hardware and software support
Onboarding and Offboarding users
Troubleshooting
Security updates
IT administration
You should have experience with:
Microsoft Office Suite
Ticketing software - resolving incidents using a ticketing system
Windows OS, Mac OS (desirable, not essential)
Active Directory, Exchange experience
Troubleshooting, analysis
Excellent communication
Desirable:
Degree in computing or IT
Microsoft 365 environment experience
ITIL certification
Networking - understanding, familiarity, or experience
