Our client is seeking an ambitious and dedicated professional to join their growing team as an Administration Assistant Manager.
This role is ideal for someone already operating at Assistant Manager level or a strong Senior Trust & Company Administrator ready to take the next step in their career. With a mixed and varied portfolio of clients—including licensed and unlicensed gaming, trading companies, and traditional structures such as investments—you'll have the opportunity to manage your own small portfolio while overseeing the team's diverse workload. This position offers options in working hours, including 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, or 10am-6pm.

Key Responsibilities
1. First line responsibility for team administrators (direct reports).
2. Positive role model and mentor for direct reports.
3. Promote positive relationships with other teams and departments.
4. Provide training to other team members and direct reports to support succession planning.
5. Support the Company recruitment process.
6. Direct report objective setting and undertaking the appraisal process on time and in accordance with the Company procedure.
7. Book in advance and undertake 1:1s with direct reports.
8. Ensure accurate records are maintained in Bamboo for direct reports.
9. Ensure accurate and up to date recording of annual leave and sickness of direct reports.
10. Responsibility for completion, approval and submission of time sheets in accordance with Company procedure.
11. Oversight of client entities and team portfolio with the team Manager, reporting to the team Manager and Associate Director/Director.
12. Act as a client company Director/bank signatory/corporate Director, maintaining the duties and responsibilities associated with being a client company director, in compliance with legal and Company procedural requirements.
13. Support and provide structure for the time management of tasks and the use of diary/reminder/calendar system, in accordance with the department procedure.
14. Provide full management and support of client entities and team portfolios in the absence of the Manager.
15. Assist with new applications for gambling licenses, coordinating with the eGaming Compliance Team.
16. Ensure that all key client deadlines are met.
17. Responsibility to prioritise regulatory deadlines.
18. Ensure CSP obligations are met for all clients within team portfolio. Continual review of governance procedures to ensure continuation of high standards.
19. Support the Company's cannabis clients and work collaboratively with business development on such matters.
20. Continuous risk assessment of workloads of direct reports.
21. Ensure that Company procedures are followed, including client reviews, SAR submissions, and onboarding.
22. Ensure that matters of risk/concern are raised in a timely manner in accordance with the Company procedures.
23. Create policies and procedures to support the development of the Company compliance documents.
24. Encourage collaborative working with the eGaming Compliance team for gambling regulatory matters.
25. Attend Management meetings, ensuring that you are always prepared, submit the necessary reports in advance and contribute during such meetings.
26. Attend and take an active role in team meetings, providing feedback to SLT in the absence of the team Manager.
27. Encourage cross-team and department working and information sharing.

1. A management qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
