Apply for a position with us today The purpose of a GSOC Operations Analyst is to populate the monitoring and response work stations that conduct the key functions of alarm monitoring and crisis response within the Global Security Operations Centre. Working 12 hour shifts - Days, Nights and weekends Your responsibilities will include: The GSOC is the coordination focal point for security operations monitoring and crisis response across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The GSOC operates 24/7, 365 days a year, OAs and management. As a Operations Analyst you will be the i nitial point of contact for enquires and communications with national and international clients by monitoring and responding to alarm activations across many different countries. Where necessary you will be providing advice to callers and reporting incidents using the designated reporting procedures and protocols set out by us and our clients. You will also be maintaining appropriate and timely coordination between client sites, personnel, and the appropriate Global Physical Security (GPS) and other Lines of Business management on a daily basis. Essentials: SIA licence (or willing to train to achieve this qualification) Right to work in the UK with a 5 year checkable history Good communicator, team player and multi-tasker Good computer skills Good written and verbal comprehension.
