Role Responsibilities: Support Learning and Development: Assist students with their educational and personal goals across various learning contexts, including the classroom, local environment, and community. Assist with Special Needs: Help students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), complex medical conditions, and autism achieve their educational and personal objectives. Promote Equality and Respect: Foster an environment that promotes equality, diversity, and the rights of all students, treating them with respect and recognising them as learners. Empower Students: Emphasise the support and empowerment of young people in all interactions.
