Digital Marketing Manager Business based in Dudley- Hybrid Role Salary: £50,000- £60,000 T2M are currently working alongside a leading manufacturer of industrial products and services to help them to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a central marketing team to deliver high-impact digital campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. You will collaborate with key internal and external partners and report directly to the Group Sales Director. As a Digital Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include: Lead the day-to-day operations of the digital marketing team. Manage and mentor the central marketing team to enhance commercial performance. Project manage new product launches and pricing strategies. Oversee and execute digital campaign strategies alongside the Marketing Executive. Maintain and evolve the group’s website portfolio. Drive PPC and SEO efforts in collaboration with Paid Search Analysts. Oversee the social media content and strategy. Create innovative campaign flows that boost lead conversion and remarketing performance. SEO Analysis. Manage supplier and agency relationships, ensuring ROI targets are met. Work closely with the CRM team to streamline processes. Manage the exhibition calendar and event-related activity. Requirements to be a successful Digital Marketing Manager: Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools/platforms. Experience working within a manufacturing sector and/or a fast-paced business environment. Previous experience of both digital and traditional marketing strategies. Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or similar—or equivalent experience. A confident leader who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills. Excellent writing, content development and editing skills. Customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels. Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Able to work independently and as part of a team. This role is based at their offices in Dudley, with two days of remote working
