About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for setting up and developing a strong network of trade partners and distributors within the UK fire safety sector. This role offers the chance to shape and grow the market by establishing relationships with key stakeholders, promoting a suite of innovative fire safety solutions, and overseeing the performance of your trade partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain a trade partner network for fire safety solutions across the South of the UK.
2. Establish relationships with specialist fire contractors.
3. Engage with trade partners to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
4. Provide training, support, and guidance to ensure successful product adoption.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics and accounts to streamline operations.
6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to support organizational objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the fire safety industry, particularly with fire extinguishers, kitchen suppression systems, or similar products.
2. Proven expertise in building and managing distribution networks and trade partnerships.
3. A background in technical sales is highly desirable.
4. Must be driven and happy to be in front of customers.
Points of Appeal:
1. Competitive base salary of £45,000-£50,000.
2. Additional annual incentives of £10,000-£20,000.
3. Car allowance: £400 to £550 per month.
