This post will be based in our Housing Team at Largs Brooksby Centre. The apprentice will be providing assistance to the housing team with all types of queries using a professional manner. Good organisational skills and an attention to detail should be brought along with strong communication skills. Earn whilst you learn a nationally recognised qualification in Housing. Customer service skills, problem solving skills, time management, organisational skills amongst others. Three National 4 qualifications, or equivalent, one must be in English. Relevant knowledge and/or experience gained through education, voluntary or part time work. Written and verbal communication skills required, ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team, take and follow instructions and be motivated and enthusiastic.
