Role Overview:
The firm is seeking an experienced and proactive Conveyancing Solicitor to join their expanding team.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring an efficient, seamless service is delivered to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Caseload Management: Oversee a broad range of residential property transactions, ensuring smooth progress through each stage.
- Client Interaction: Provide expert legal advice and maintain open, consistent communication with clients throughout the process.
- Documentation: Draft and review contracts, transfer documents, and other relevant legal paperwork, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Compliance: Stay informed of the latest legal regulations and ensure all transactions meet both legal and firm standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with solicitors, paralegals, and support staff to ensure streamlined case management and successful client outcomes.
- Problem Solving: Resolve any issues that arise during the transaction efficiently, providing practical and effective solutions.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in residential conveyancing
- In-depth knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering results
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
