The package
* Up to £27,000 basic salary per annum
* Monday to Friday, 9:00 17:30 + alternate Saturdays, 9:00 15:00 with one day off in lieu during the week for this. (can be open to negotiation on the Saturday rota)

The Property Consultant role
* Manage all aspects of tenancy
* Address maintenance issues promptly
* Coordinate with contractors for repairs and renovations
* Maintain accurate records through efficient data entry
* Provide excellent customer service to tenants and prospective residents
* Implement strategies for upselling additional services
The person
* Proven experience in property management or a related field
* Proficiency in using property management software
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication abilities
* Able to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively
* Knowledge of property laws and regulations
* Driving licence not essential
