What’s the Role?
As a People Team Administrator, you'll be a key player in creating a nurturing, and thriving workplace culture! You’ll work closely with our People & Recruitment team to attract and retain the best talent, as well as supporting innovative initiatives that make Majesticare a fantastic place to work.

Your Daily Responsibilities
* Collaborating on recruitment campaigns - making Majesticare stand out to future talent.
* Attending career fairs and group recruitment activities to represent Majesticare Careers.
* Supporting with internal social media campaigns.
* Managing data to analyse trends in recruitment, sickness, and holidays, helping to boost performance.
* Help with launching and managing wellbeing initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
* Ensuring our recruitment and people management processes are smooth and efficient
