This is an exciting secondment opportunity for a Nurse, Midwife or AHP to join our CNO team to support the delivery of our key priorities in 2024.
The role will support our Education development team providing support to our associate director of nursing and deputising for them as required.
It will also have an important part of the New hospital programme and representing the CNO voice for the development of the clinical and workforce models
Main duties of the job
Lead on the delivery of key projects for the CNO office to support the delivery of the 2024 priorities

2. Extensive experience in the acute healthcare setting in clinical leadership/clinical management position
3. Articulate with highly developed communication skills with the ability to network and build relationships at all levels, including interpersonal skills, liaison and negotiation skills. Writing and presentation skills
