This role demands professionalism, proactivity, and attention to detail to manage tenant enquiries, ensure smooth transitions across all properties and supporting the team in the office with administrative duties. No two days will be the same This role is part-time, working hours are Monday - Friday, generally 5 hours a day over 5 days. Hours can be negotiated as flexible. This role is fully office based in Ipswich. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Being the first point of contact for tenant enquiries via agents, website leads, or walk-ins. Providing exceptional customer service with in-depth knowledge of our offerings and upselling unique features. Following up with prospects to convert leads into signed leases and collaborating with agents to maximise opportunities. Preparing templated leases and licences, organising documentation, and ensuring compliance across our properties. Supporting current tenants with their renewals. Assisting with marketing, this includes creating social media posts and conducting market research. About you: You will be a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a providing exceptional customer service. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your self-motivated nature allows you to work independently while fostering teamwork within our small, close-knit team. Experience in lettings or property management is desired but not essential as full training will be provided. You will need to be equipped to contribute to our mission while maintaining enthusiasm to provide top-notch service. A good understanding of social media will also advantageous. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and email systems is essential.
