Client is seeking a Teaching Assistant in a SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) education environment who is motivated and enthusiastic about working with children on the spectrum with learning or physical difficulties which affect their development and educational experience. The age range will be from young children to young adults (9 years to 19 years).
This can include Autism, ADHD, challenging behaviours, etc. Real enthusiasm is important as this role is within the SEND field.
Experience is advantageous, but the right motivation and caring attributes are essential for successful applicants. Training and development are offered for those who would like to progress and carve out a career path for themselves.
