Clinical Lead Opportunity at Bramley Health
We are seeking a registered nurse with a passion for mental health and team leadership to join our team as a Clinical Lead.
Bramley Health is a specialist health and social care provider based in the South East of the UK, currently undergoing an exciting period of growth. Our new project, Gardenia House, will support 24 males with neurodegenerative conditions, mental health diagnoses, acquired brain injury presentations, and physical disabilities.
About the Role
The Clinical Lead will support our management team by leading our workforce of Nurses and care staff, ensuring they deliver the highest standards of care possible. Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the day-to-day running of services and coordinating operations, deputising for the registered manager when necessary.
2. Training, developing, and managing nursing and support staff.
3. Coordinating support worker rotas with Team Leaders.
4. Carrying out inductions for new nurses and completing their competency.
5. Driving the company's compliance programme, including health and safety.
6. Ensuring CQC requirements are upheld at all times.
7. Ensuring medication is administered as prescribed and reviewed by medical staff at intervals.
8. Facilitating and coordinating treatment plans using the care programme approach and good clinical practice within the MDT setting.
About You
* Nursing experience in a similar environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Current, valid registration with the NMC.
* Ability to supervise, lead, and motivate a team.
* Ability to prioritise workload and delegate appropriately.
