Kimberley Primary School is a friendly school which educates children from the ages of 3 to 11. We have a relatively new building and a recently refurbished kitchen to cater for our growing number of pupils.
The governors are looking to appoint a highly motivated, hardworking and friendly person to manage the school kitchen. The successful candidate will be supported regularly by EMET's Catering Manager and work closely with the Assistant Cook within the kitchen. Key to the role will be the successful candidate's responsibility for the supervision and smooth running of the kitchen on a day-to-day basis, including hygiene, training of staff and all operations including the cooking, preparation and serving of meals. In order to do this, they will need to enjoy working in a busy environment and be willing to undergo any training required.
The vacancy starting date for the position is Monday 17th March 2025, or as soon as possible after this date.
