As our current PA has moved into her new role within the Trust we are inviting applications to the Executive support team at Solihull Hospital. As one of three you will provide an invaluable and critical service to the Hospital Executive team who lead over 1500 colleagues within the Trust values of Kind, Connected and Bold. Main duties of the job Your responsibilities will see you attend various senior directorship meetings to include Boards and committees where you will be required to produce accurate minutes, share and prepare reports/documents and reply to correspondence. Additionally, you will manage the diaries and inboxes of Solihull's Director of Nursing, Fiona Wyton and her team. As a valued member of this team, your workload will be varied and often challenging. Deadlines are often time sensitive- being able to multitask efficiently, managing your time and priorities, whilst remaining confidential and communicating professionally will be key to your success in this role. Ideally, you will have experience working within the NHS however, we would welcome applications from those who have worked in similar capacity with experience in providing all round secretarial duties. In return you will become a member of the wider community at Solihull, where you can expect ongoing support by way of induction and regular 1:1's with your Line Manager along with development opportunities that could see promotion to Executive Assistant, Office Manager and beyond. In addition, you can be receive a starting salary of 26,530 rising with service to 29,114 this, along with 27 days' leave plus bank holidays (rising to 33 days with service) with the opportunity to buy and sell days, enrolment on the renowned NHS pension which in turn provides additional benefits such as life assurance.
