Responsibilities: Communicate with Clients using a variety of customer contact systems, e.g. phone, e-mail, MS teams. Provide Clients with relevant product information that is clear, fair and not misleading allowing them help their client to make an informed decision Deliver against a set of Key Performance Indicators that will be provided to you by your line manager Provide a great Account Handling experience that enables higher sales conversion and retention performance. Demonstrate ability to work both individually and as part of a team Experience: At least 2 years experience in Account Handling and Insurance ideally working with Clients of a commercial nature.
