Role Overview As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for both inbound and outbound calls. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support with a friendly and professional approach. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answering inbound calls and responding to customer queries in a timely and courteous manner. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, provide information, or resolve issues. Accurately logging customer interactions and updating customer records. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Working closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Achieving personal targets to contribute to the overall success of the business. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Excellent telephone manner. A positive and empathetic attitude towards customers. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
