About the Role:
As a CRM Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to create solution designs that leverage and maximise the value HubSpot can offer your clients. This is achieved by running discovery workshops as well as interviewing existing employees, so you can consult and provide recommendations to create, optimise and automate processes across their customer journey.
Whilst predominantly project based, this role also offers the chance to work with existing clients, helping them make data driven decisions and continually evolve their usage of HubSpot.
In this role you will:
* Take overall responsibility for solution design and documenting requirements according to our clients' needs and business strategies
* Work collaboratively with our other teams who are responsible for HubSpot configuration, integrations, migrations, project management, CMS development and others
* Translate customer requirements into visual processes and map them to HubSpot, by running in-person and virtual workshops
* Provide user training and support to our clients' teams to learn, transition to and adopt HubSpot
* Stay up-to-date on the latest trends across Marketing, Sales & Service/Support
* Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot updates
What skills will you require?
* 3+ years of experience implementing HubSpot or other similar systems (e.g. Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics)
* Ability to communicate with and manage key client stakeholders (e.g. Sales and Marketing Directors)
* Experience creating detailed customer and user journey flows, using tools such as Miro or Lucid Chart
* Creative and innovative problem solver
* Solution orientated; able to consult and challenge ideas with the aim of driving efficiency
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Understanding of system integration logic
* Client centric mindset, to ensure we deliver as much value as possible, within the agreed scope
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Fluent in English, German is a big +
