An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join our dynamic Talent for Care team.
We are looking for an administrator to support our apprenticeship programmes, as well as other aspects of the TFC agenda. We are an innovative and dynamic team at the forefront of developing staff within ESNEFT.
We are looking for an approachable, motivated and enthusiastic team member who understands the importance of providing a consistent, precise and dependable service in a fast-paced environment. This is a diverse role where the post holder will a central member for apprenticeship events, held both internally and external.
A progressive role, upon commencement we are happy to support the enrolment onto an apprenticeship programme suitable to the candidate and post. We are a progressive team who encourage internal team development.
Spanning ESNEFTs two acute sites, the post holder will ideally hold a full driving licence and access to a vehicle in order to support events (although this is not essential).

• To provide a professional, confidential and proactive administrative service to the Team as the first point of contact to staff and external stakeholders contacting the Department
• Support the Team with comprehensive administrative tasks
• To facilitate the smooth running of the service under the direction and supervision of senior colleagues
• To act as an ambassador for the Department and for the Trust, as the first point of contact to the Department
• To contribute effectively to ensure KPIs are achieved
