Key Responsibilities
1. Banking and cheque production.
2. Responsibility for Client and Office transfers.
3. Responsibility for dealing with credit balances.
4. Deposit account facilities.
5. Electronic bank payments, including foreign exchange deals.
6. Banks reconciliation.
7. Interest calculations.
8. Direct credits into bank accounts.
9. Posting/Uploading/Paying supplier disbursement invoices.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Previous Cashier experience gained within the legal sector will be advantageous however not essential.
2. Accounts experience required at some level.
3. Accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Knowledge of Solicitors Account Rules preferred but not essential.
5. Excellent client care skills.
This role will be subject to Disclosure and Barring Service, Baseline Personnel Security Standards, Counter Terrorist Check and Security Check, or Developed Vetting clearance.
