We are recruiting for a Communication Support Worker to provide BSL support for High Needs students. The role is essential for enabling students who use BSL to fully participate in college life, enjoy their studies, and communicate effectively through this specialist support.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. GCSE English and Maths Grade A-C or equivalent Level 2
2. Minimum Level 3 BSL qualification
Previous experience in Learning Support, SEND, or coaching with a patient and professional disposition is required.
