As the maintenance engineer you will be working on both semi and fully automated kit at their 1 of 6 purpose-built sites in Milton Keynes. They are looking for a maintenance engineer who has as ambitions to progress within the engineering sector to become a seasoned engineer. You will work alongside a team of multi skilled maintenance engineers on a range of industrial washer, conveyors, dryers and much more. The Role As the maintenance engineer, your responsibilities will include: Conducting planned and preventive maintenance on automated and complex machinery Fault finding on electrical and mechanical components including contactors, invertors, relays, bearings, rollers and some work on Siemens and Allen Bradley Maintain levels of critical spares Control calibration records Requirements As the maintenance engineer, our client requires: You to have an NVQ level 2/3 apprenticeship (or equivalent) in engineering Good understanding of fault finding both mechanically and electrically Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment The Benefits: In the role of the maintenance engineer, you should expect: Being part of an aspiring team in a £multimillion-pound market leading business globally Attractive salary of anywhere between £38-42k DOE Training including travelling to German, Italy, Spain for machine specific Support in advancing on you engineering skills including Level 3 qualification within your electrical or mechanical discipline Between 8-10% annual bonus (this has been paid out for the last 2 years running) Interviews can be arranged immediately, so apply by following the online instructions or sending your CV to.
