Olympic Lifts, a leading provider of lift solutions, is expanding and seeking 2nd & 3rd year electrical apprentices to join our growing team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Successful candidates will receive training which will augment their electrical knowledge to become service technicians, performing maintenance duties and repairs to various ranges of equipment.
* As our installed equipment is at clients’ premises, successful candidates will be expected to travel throughout Northern Ireland and parts of R.O.I.
* Parts of training may require time spent overseas at manufacturers’ premises.
* After training completed, you will be expected to manage your own service routes with minimal supervision, meeting service productivity targets.
* A company van will be supplied after successful training and sign-off.
* As you will be part of a team, you will be required to work and coordinate with other team members, maximising team effort and efficiency.
* Adhere to and promote Olympic Lifts' Health and Safety standards.
Training
* Qualified and dedicated trainers will be responsible for delivering complete training requirements to each product range.
* All associated Health & Safety training will be given as part of each programme.
* Training to be carried out in-house, on site and at manufacturers’ facilities (if required).
Career development
* Successful candidates may be offered various other roles such as equipment testing and commissioning, depending on aptitude and willingness to progress.
* NVQ levels 3 & 4 qualifications also available
* Further earning opportunity in the form of participation in our callout rota.

Salary
* Negotiable, depending on experience.
