For more information about Rent Smart Wales, visit www.rentsmart.llyw.cymru About The Role We are looking for a Team Leader to assist in managing the Rent Smart Wales Contact Centre and to be personally responsible for supervising a team of Licensing Officers dealing with inquiries by phone, email, and post from our service users, and processing applications for licenses. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and developing a large group of staff and will work with the Contact Centre Manager and the Group Leader to develop practical ways to utilize the technology of the Contact Centre. What We Want From You The successful candidate will have experience working in a customer-focused environment, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and be enthusiastic and responsible in their work. They will have a good working knowledge of software within an MS Windows (or similar) environment and experience in training and supervising and/or a recognized management/supervision qualification and direct experience in a first-line management (supervisory) role.
