This role will be pivotal in driving innovation, enhancing user experience, and leveraging technology to optimise our recruitment processes.

What You Can Offer
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
* Proven experience in product management and technology leadership
* Experience in recruitment, HR tech, SaaS or industries with high volume transactional processes via Webshops/Apps and other digitised products/operations
* Demonstrable track record of successful product launches with measurable business outcomes
* Experience in both product and technology senior leadership roles
* Core understanding of software development methodologies and modern technology stacks
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
* Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
* Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
