If so, our HR Services Change Manager opportunity could be your perfect next challenge About the role: In this varied and hands on role, you'll deliver key HR transformation projects, driving operational excellence and supporting the business through change. Working in partnership with the HR Services team who will continue to run BAU activities, your focus will be driving change in a complex and fast paced business. This is a 3 month opportunity (FTC or day rate) with the possibility of extension. Based in Avonmouth on a hybrid working basis, you’ll work from the office 2 days/week and we are open to this role being part or full time. Compensation – competitive salary, bonus scheme, pension, 4 x life assurance, healthcare cash plan, 26 days leave annually (including Christmas shutdown) What you will be doing: Review and define our HR Services and Payroll offering, including policies, benefits, onboarding and offboarding. Deliver key HR change projects, supporting business transformation and growth. Partner with stakeholders to implement new systems, policies, and ways of working. Ensure effective communication and engagement during periods of change. Continually identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve employee experience. About you: Proven experience in a HR Services, Operations or Shared Services role, ideally across multiple environments. Experience delivering HR change projects and driving operational improvements. A solid understanding of running payroll through an outsourced provider. Knowledge of Employee Relations (ER) and policy creation would be highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to build relationships with those around you. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK.
