Diagnostic Imaging Clinical Applications Specialist (Midlands, Northern England & Scotland)
Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to create and implement clinical training strategies to support Sales Specialists for all products within the Diagnostic Imaging portfolio.
You will provide our customers with clinical training and both internal and external support on the latest X-Ray, Breast specimen imaging & Contrast Injector technology.
You will be highly motivated, with a passion for Radiology and will support our continued drive towards excellence in service.

This role will cover the regions; Midlands, Northern England & Scotland
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organisation, in consultation with hospital departmental heads, including assessment methods

Design local training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs for both installation and follow-up visits

Administration and coordination of allocated customer training
*
Pre-sales demonstrations to customers and internal colleagues
*
Post sale product support to customers
*
Provide specialist knowledge and support to the marketing and sales teams
*
Assist in the creation of support documentation required for internal and external customers in relation to all products.
*
Develop ideas and contribute to regular team meetings
*
Monitor and report on field activities and provide relevant information to management.
*
Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
*
Build relationships and have interactions with Radiology Service Managers, CT Radiographers MRI Radiographers, X-ray Radiographers, Consultant Radiologists, NHS Trusts, OEM’s & Private Healthcare Groups within the UK.

Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills

Role Requirements
Essential:

Radiography degree with at least 2 years post qualification clinical experience.
*
Good organisational, administrative and IT/computing skills.
*
Ability to develop relationships with end users and sales team.
*
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
*
High reliance on drive and planning/organisational skills
*
Excellent interpersonal skills: Customer focused with strong influencing skill.
Desirable:
*
Experience in General X-ray and Mobile Imaging
*
Experience of CT & MRI Radiography
*
Experience of working within Radiology sales/applications.
*
Salesforce and CRM training
