Essential Job Functions:
* Delivering exceptional care to clients in their homes
* Completing daily tasks in a safe professional manner (ADLs)
* Providing companionship and remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support
* Assisting with personal care activities which may include personal hygiene, mobility assistance or incontinence care
* Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
* Providing transportation for appointments as needed or accompanying clients to appointments when transportation is arranged
* Reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior to the branch office
