Your Role: As a Tenancy Management Officer, you will be at the heart of our mission, working directly with residents to create vibrant, safe, and supportive communities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Engaging with Residents: Build strong relationships with residents, understanding their needs, and providing tailored support. Community Building: Organise and facilitate events, workshops, and activities to foster a sense of belonging and mutual support. Housing Management: Conduct regular inspections, address maintenance issues, and ensure our properties meet high standards of safety and comfort. Advocacy and Support: Assist residents in accessing resources such as employment opportunities, educational programs, and social services. Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes and foster positive relationships within the community. Data Management: Maintain accurate records and reports to track resident progress and community outcomes.
