Description
1. Manage and oversee the QC team's operations during assigned shifts
2. Implement and maintain high-quality standards within the department
3. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with regulatory requirements
4. Prepare and present detailed reports on shift activities
5. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations
6. Identify and implement opportunities for process and quality improvements
7. Provide guidance and training to team members as required
8. Handle any escalated issues that arise during the shift
9. Monday-Friday late shift
Profile
1. A successful QC Shift Manager should have:
2. Degree qualified
3. Prior experience in a leadership role within a QC department
4. Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with other departments
5. Strong understanding of regulatory standards in the Life Science/Biomedical/Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical industry
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
7. CGMP and experience working in a highly regulated environment
